A plea brought by Shaikh Fazal Elahi, a citizen, was considered by a single bench of the high court, which was presided over by Justice Shujaat Ali Khan.
The petitioner and his attorney failed to show up for the case hearing, thus the bench postponed the hearing to March 13 without going further.
According to the petitioner, political parties have accused one another of manipulating the results of the elections in forms 45 and 47.
The petition states that “the election results were neither saved nor uploaded over the App.”
It was requested that the court save Forms 45 and 47 and submit the two documents via the Election Commission’s app.
