The newly-elected Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, Advocate Amjad Hussain, will be sworn in today (Monday) in Gilgit. Governor Syed Mehdi Shah will officiate the oath-taking ceremony.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), accompanied by other senior party officials, came in Gilgit on Sunday to participate in the oath-taking ceremony.

A significant number of political leaders, government officials, and dignitaries are anticipated to attend the event. All preparations for the oath-taking ceremony have been completed.

Chief Minister-elect Amjad Hussain Advocate has issued a public invitation, urging the residents of Gilgit-Baltistan to attend the ceremony and participate in this important democratic event.
