The world community was urged by the APHC convener to hold India accountable.

Hosted by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Azad Kashmir, a symposium titled “Kashmir Struggles Under Siege” took place in Muzaffarabad. In order to address the continuous difficulties that the people of Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir experience, the event gathered together notable leaders, government officials, and members of civil society.

Attending the symposium was Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, the prime minister of Azad Kashmir, who reiterated the government’s longtime dedication to the cause of Kashmir.

Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed, Senior Parliamentarian Qamar Zaman Kaira, APHC convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi, government ministers, and youth leaders were among the other noteworthy attendees.

PM Chaudhry Anwarul Haq called the Azad Kashmir Government’s historical commitment to resolving the Kashmir dispute in his speech, underscoring its significance. The speaker emphasized the necessity of persistent endeavors to draw attention to the predicament faced by Kashmiris on global stages.

Addressing the gathering, APHC convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi urged the international community to embrace the influence of strong countries like the US and India, stating that the UN Security Council Resolutions are the only practical means of resolving the Kashmir dispute.

Pakistan People’s Party representative and former federal minister Qamar Zaman Kaira underlined the emotional and historical connections between Pakistan and Kashmir while restating Pakistan’s steadfast support for the Kashmiri people.
