The details indicate that Taimur Saleem Jhagra is being considered for the role of Advisor on Finance, while former Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Mushtaq Ghani, has been suggested for the senior provincial minister job.
Arshad Ayub, Malik Liaquat Ali, Dr. Amjad, Shakeel Ahmed, and Khaleequr Rehman will also be cabinet members, according to the people with knowledge of the development.
In the meanwhile, the names of Meena Khan Afridi, Arif Ahmadzai, Faisal Tarkai, Fazl Shakoor, and Tariq Mehmood are also being considered for the initial phase of the 12-member provincial government.
According to the sources, Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, will provide the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet final clearance.
Ali Amin Gandapur had earlier in the day stated that Imran Khan would meet with him to discuss the provincial government and that Khan would make a final decision.
On Monday, the chief minister was scheduled to meet with the founder, Imran Khan, who was detained at Adiala Jail, to finalize the names for the provincial cabinet composition.
