The United States Department of State restates its position that Washington works in tandem with the Pakistani government for the mutual benefit of both nations.
During his daily news briefing, Vedant Patel, the deputy spokesperson for the department, responded to a query.
He claimed that this has always been the American strategy with Pakistan.
However, Patel declined to be drawn into Pakistan’s internal politics, stating that the Pakistani people should make that decision rather than the United States.
