Higher Education Commission (HEC) attests bachelor’s, master’s, and advanced degrees; corresponding Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) attests matriculation and intermediate certificates and result cards, followed by Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC).
